Stephanie Ripper

Hello, I’m Stephanie Ripper, Founder and Creative Director of Ripper Creative, an established boutique marketing and branding agency proudly rooted in Coastal Delaware. As a Cape Henlopen High School graduate and lifelong local, I built this agency with one mission in mind: to help businesses and nonprofits elevate their presence through strategic, powerful marketing that drives real growth.

Ripper Creative is known for thoughtful branding, intentional website design, strategic social media management, and marketing plans that are both creative and results driven. What began as a passion has grown into a brand serving industries across hospitality, tourism, wellness, beauty, construction, real estate, and nonprofit sectors. My work is deeply personal because these are not just clients. They are businesses that shape the community I call home.

My creative journey began in the beauty industry as a hair and makeup artist, where I developed a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of how presentation shapes perception. With 16 years in the restaurant industry, 12 years in beauty, and over 10 years dedicated to marketing and graphic design, I bring a rare blend of creative instinct and business strategy to every project. After expanding my expertise at the Academy of Art University, I refined my approach to branding and marketing with a focus on hospitality, tourism, wellness, and events. These are industries where experience and storytelling truly matter.

Community involvement is a core part of who I am. I proudly serve as a committee member for the Sussex County branch of Gals That Give, supporting local nonprofits through fundraising and community initiatives. I also mentor local students through our school system, offering guidance, encouragement, and professional insight to help shape the next generation of leaders and creatives. Investing in our community is not a side project. It is part of the foundation of Ripper Creative.

From social media strategy and SEO to website development, brand identity, and long term marketing planning, I approach each client relationship with clarity, collaboration, and intention. Having experience both behind the brand and as a business owner myself allows me to build marketing that is not only beautiful, but sustainable and growth focused.

When I’m not building brands, you’ll find me at the beach during early mornings, reading something thought provoking, exploring museums, watching ice hockey, or embracing my spooky side.
